conditioner or detangler. make sure the conditioner is thick and says moisturizing on the label. those kiddie detanglers are pretty good. use a wide tooth comb as well and start at the bottom. you also may want to go in small sections and be liberal with product.
to prevent this problem from occuring so much, keep your hair moisturized. also dont go to bed with it loose. put it 1 or 2 loose ponytails with something to secure the ends. not a rubberband or anything with metal. scrunchie or ponytail holder maybe??

as fo tha person above, i dunno who taught u 2 spell conditioner, it is NOT 4234 words, it is 1
u need some weeave, a weavy beehive (weeave in beehive style)
u will neva need ta worry about tangles again, b/c no one will see um
well, just to make sure, u need ta go walmart (always gotcha back) and buy a track suit, b/c those are in style
