well i like the deep tissue massage. They work the muscle better. You can call a tech school near you and get a farly good massage from the students training in that course. You can also go to a spa and have one done but they are more expensive.. Also you can find out by word of mouth.
My favorite is the full body massage. A private one with someone who I know and can have fun with after.

go to a pro..not one who advertises in the personals in a newspaper....go to a real professional masseur or masseuse...pay the money. Usually a chiropractor will either have one attached to his practice...or will recommend one
even BETTER???...have your girlfriend give you a nice massage with warmed oil....lots are available on the market.
