Yes they will let the child go out of state since that is the chikd father. but if they dont have a relationship and you think the child might be in danger then you should really fight it. If it took him 2 years to realise that he has a child and now all of a sudden he wants visitations, I would think something might be up or he just might have a change of heart. But, I would get a good lawyer on my side and have him investigated before I sent my child out of town with a man she dont know. She too young.

My daughter in law has four kids with four different dads, (another story) anyway her older daughter has a dad who is 1500 miles away and she is 7 years old, and cant travel alone, my daughter has full physical custody and the dad has rights to see her twice a year. children cant travel on an airplain alone (with a flight attendant) until they are 8. the dad has to fly to her airport and physically pick up the daughter and my son flys here to pick her up and bring her back home. I think it will be hard, however, if she is a resident of your state, and if she has been there more than 6 months she is, he may have to have the court done where your daughter lives. anyway, it may cost you money for an attourny, and I suggest you get one, but you are the mom and wont lose her.

Yes, happen to my ex-husband. He got his young son for 6 weeks in the summer, out-of-state, and once a month. Get a good lawyer and maybe you can detain it until a relationship is built between the two.

If the child is with you and you have been taking care of this child as caregiver and provider ....Then NO he can not take that child from you. and if he tried to take that child out of state he could be charged with kidnapping. If he wants to she the child it should be at his expense to come visit supervised one in your presents because it sounds like your concern of him trying to flee with her
