It's called witches milk , don't ask me why, but I think the milk glands have milk from hormones.
I have included a link from a medical institution on it.

The question is a little vague the way you asked it. If you mean to ask if your body can produce milk again that long after it stopped, the answer is yes. After you've lactated once in your life, your breast can become stimulated enough to produce a little milk on occasion even if you are not nursing or pregnant.
It happened to me with my first. It was about a year and 4 months after I stopped nursing her. The substance that came out was like breast milk, but a little thicker. My doctor told me all sorts of things it could be--problems with the pituitary or thyroid glands, or nothing at all--and sent me for blood work. The blood work all turned up negative.

If a mother has been breastfeeding a baby for a year and a half consistently then it is possible for a woman to still produce breast milk. In some countries a mother will nurse up until their children are three and four years old I have had RN's tell me. I assume these are poorer countries.
