U dont need to count it. If u will eat just one peace and in this day u will not eat anything like this more in this day, u dont need to bother urself. U can eat anything in small parts, time to time and then u will be 1.more happy, 2.ur mind more chilled,3.more content and as bonus u will start loosing weight;)
