try to lean out your eating. your main foods should be chicken, fish and a lot of green vegetables. Drink at least 6 bottles of water a day. Stay away from soda, sugar drinks, candy and fast food. Try to do something arobic first thing in the morning but if your schedule doesnt permit, at least one time during the day. Do at least 100 push ups and 200 sit ups a day. Also do leg lifts for the lower abs(lay flat on your back and lift your legs slowly) Belly fat is the hardest to lose being a woman. Beleive in yourself and fight for what you want. It wont be easy but it will be worth it.

There are some websites on the Internet, which promise you that you are going to lose 10 pounds in every 2 weeks. If you are good in math you will find that keeping these stats in mind, 260 pounds in a year. Losing 260 pounds is the figure, which is unbelievable and unexpected.
This kind of claims are planned just to cause clients to make impulsive decisions. When you gain weight, did you gained around 50 minds in two months? Certainly not. We gain weight in weight in small parts, which add up to our weight. This keeps on increasing with time.
I think you get what I mean to say. We normally gain weight in grams like 65 gram per week. With this stat you are going to gain around 7 pounds at the end of year.
This weight is so slow that you cannot measure it weekly. But in fur years you are going to gain around 28 pounds.
So how can you expect this weight to go in few days? You are going to lose the way you have gained it. So it will take time to lose weight. So you have to start losing weight systematically. You can lose weight by developing the good eating habits in you and nutritious foods.

Besides doing sit-ups (crunches) belly fat often stems from too much cortisol in your system which is created by too much stress, so you've got to chill-meditate, yoga, tai chi, bubble bath, hot cup of tea, stay away from toxic people and situations-whatever mellows you out and the belly fat will melt away. Takes a long time though-took awhile for it to build up too.

The fastest way is a low card diet,get the book read it,and follow it most of the weight you loose will come off your belly lost 18 pounds in four weeks and I lost two inches off my waist.Make sure you have some sort of exercise program IE walking,riding a bike, sit ups jogging etc.IT will really help you .Good luck!!

Exercise...you'll burn calories and lose weight/fat all over your body...you can't spot lose...but you can spot tone...also do crunches and other ab exercises to tone up those muscles so when the fat comes off, your tummy will look nice and firm...
Cutting your calories a bit will also help the weight come off more quickly...but don't do anything drastic or when you start eating 'normally' again, the weight will return...
