Sure you will. Just keep a moderate well balanced diet. Heck, you can actually eat Bacon, real butter and Rib-eye steaks. But, moderation is the key. Most people are lead to believe these mentioned foods are bad for you. This how people like me keep the Demand low and thus price down so, we enjoy the good food and everyone else buy the lesser nutritious. Basic supply and demand economics. The link will help, I just use Butter and better cuts of meat. Up the HDL's and they lower the LDL's. The good eliminate the bad, just how nature work, without pills.

If you do 30 minutes a day is great cardio. You won't lose weight but you won't gain any either. If you really want to lose weight you either need to exercise seriously for about 45 minutes or watch what you are eating. Don't do both. Doing both you will lose weight but giving up one over time the weight will just come back.

THat depends how hard you work out and ur calorie intake. I work out 50 minutes cardio everyday and I'm on a strict 1500 calorie diet. I dropped 45 lbs already and been at my goal weight for close to a year.

It depends how skinny you already are, because skinny people have a harder time maintaining their weight. Also you have to eat healthy.
