It depends on the tattoo artist, but a good one usually starts out at about $75 for a black one only and about $100-$150 + for a color one. I would consult with the tattoo artist of your choice first then talk to them about price. Most artists will be willing to customize drawings to fit your budget. Good luck!

I have alot of tatoos and since I get alot of praise I get asked this alot. In my opinion if it's not expensive question the artist. Those guys who will do it for $40 are always crappy. Unless you know the artist plan on paying some serious money. Those guys on Miami Ink or Inked sometimes go for $1000 for not that big of stuff, but they're damn good. It's worth it to pay alot of money to get a really good tatoo than skimp and get something you hate.

I've always heard that a tattoo should cost approximately $100 per hour of work. But that's more just a rule of thumb since your tattoo might be a lot more detailed than the average design.

Every tattoo artist is different and all shops charge different prices. Check around, i had one done for one hundred twenty five dollars and my friend had one done at the same place by a different artist and it cost him twice as much.

Think carefully, before you want a tattoo because it is very difficult to remove. Treasure your beauty of your original body, for the sake of your future husband, so that he can give you better advise of having the tattoo.

I'd say about $80-100
but it depends on where you go, sometimes prices fluctuate depending on where you live.

Go down to some places and get estimates.
