I'm bored with her now, especially since I've done her all 3 ways. I would like to dump her just before Christmas but make up with her when the holiday and New Years has passed so I can start doing her again. She has big tats.
How long is custom to wait after new year before waiting to start dating again so I don't have to buy a belated Christmas gift. I want to keep her around until I start doing some other chick. I'd rather spend the money on a fishing trip I have coming up with a buddy of mine.

Just tell her you don't have any money to buy her anything. Or just tell her the truth you are bored with her and need a break. If she can't understand leave her anyway and when the holidays past and you she her talk to her and get things back how you want them.

I can't believe you would even ask a question like this...but I guess it proves my belief that there are a lot of guys out there who are only looking for that ONE thing. You're "bored"? Come on...that's a terrible way to look at a relationship. You don't want to buy her anything, but you want her around for the sex.
