There are no toll roads in Queens exept when crossing a body of water with a bridge or tunnel.

It's unlikely a taxi would follow a toll road from Astoria to JFK, which is also in Queens, and you can specifically specify that the driver not take any toll roads if you want. Also, from western Queens it would probably be both quicker and cheaper to take the subway to Jamaica and then catch the JFK Airtrain than to take a taxi.

Going from JFK to Astoria, you will stay in the borough of Queens, so there will not be any tolls.

The only tolls would be leaving Queens to go to Manhattan.

All of the fees should be included in you ticket price, as for road tolls - yes you would have to pay for those.

take the train. The purple line will take you east towards JFK from west Queens.
