try aiming for 14 seconds now as a freshman. You can get a scholarship later on if you can be around the 12 second range. Aim high, train hard and believe in yourself!

I'm in track and i run a 13 second 100 m dash, so a good aim for you since your a freshman is 15 seconds.

How long have you been running, are you running all year round witha club team so you are getting great training/coaching or training by yourself, then getting coaching from the school during track season. All this info helps give you a time to aim for. If you are training with a club and get year round training you should be running 11- low 13 sec, if not then aim for 13- high 14 secs

I'm guessing around 13-15 seconds. By the end of the track season though it may even be faster. Good luck.
