You've DEFINITELY gotta do some water balloons, like partners and the last pair with a water balloon in the toss wins something. And if you've still got time, try a scavenger hunt throughout the hotel, those are always fun. You could do 3 teams of 2 and one team of 3. Let's see what else...oh Left Center Right, the dice game. The prize could be candy or something versatile. Etc. Etc., I'll bet you're creative enough to go from there.

have someone sit in a chair, get four people to kneel around the chair with each one picking the person up with one finger each (everybody put one finger under the person in the chair and lift) - also have a male stand against a wall and try to pick up a chair that is put in front of him with only bending his upper body, now have a female do it (the way that a female is built allows her to do that , a male cant pick the chair up)
