you should probly tell him OR if you are friends with some of his friends, then you could tell them to tell him . tell a whole bunch of people that you like and and it should spread around.. fast . its worked for me alot of times. dont be shy about , you have to be very open about who you like so he know from someone ells at least!

i was in a situation like this, like this guy he like one of my friends and his friend liked me, it ended up that i got with his friend but still thinking about him. however my point is, ask ur friend if she likes him cause if she does, its gonna be hard for u to get him, if she doesnt well go for it, tell him how u feel.
