Start>run>msconfig

You can set it through there.

Windows startup programs can start automatically from various configuration settings in the Windows registry on your computer. Msconfig only checks a very limited subset of these settings, so its not the best tool to use. Instead I advise you follow the information in this link:

In the above guide you will learn how to examine your various startup programs and then look up whether or not they are required to run.

click start
click run
type in
msconfig
click startup tab
check/uncheck what you want to run or not.
