these kids NEED spankings. back when people spanked their kids, we didnt have school killings etc. think about it and then kick your kids butts!!

It is allowed in all 50 states. However different states have laws as to what is considered abuse. I believe Minnesota for the most part has made it illegal without actually saying so. For this reason you should always spank in private and in areas where no bruises can be seen which makes the buttocks the best place. Not that parents intend to leave bruises, but if it happens you could lose your child in many states.

I don't believe that it is against the law to spank in any state as long as you don't leave any lasting marks because then it is considered abuse.
I live in cali and once my stupid neighbor (who's children steal and dent my car.... and does not believe in spankings) called the cops on me for spanking my two year olds butt and they came here and said there's no bruises so it's not abuse you did nothing wrong!

children need to be spanked when they're wrong. that's whats messed up about kids these days. they're spoiled brats and get whatever they want. and i didn't even know spanking was banned....what the hell is that about??? now people get to tell you how to raise your kids...what the hell.

Anyone who believes that hitting someone who displeases you is justifiable and that children should be treated as property should be forcibly sterilized.
