dated a lady with a four year old son.....
happiest 25 years of my life - and he calls me daddy
and hugs me in public - even today

I have before as well. If and only if you want the full package should one date someone with kids, even if the other parent has the children....Some of the people you date will try and make you a babysitter, do not fall for this one! Both the males and females...

I have dated a man with a child. I ended up married to him. I also had two children from a previous relationship. We ended up having one child together.
Be aware that this man is not trying to "replace" the mother. Usually, most men are JUST looking for a relationship, but some are looking for a caretaker.

Well, I did.
I was 18 when i met my, now husband, and he already had four children from a previous marriage(all girls) and they all loved me from the get go
We are now married and have a 22 month old son(yeah i gave him his first son, and we are expecting his second) and we see his other children every weekend and they even occasionally call me mum, its great.
I think its a matter of whether you like kids or not, if you do than i think its a great idea.

I would...but it really depends on how old you are and your feelings on children. Being 37 myself, most of the guys I date have children. But if you are 15 then no, don't date a guy with kids...you still are a kid

No, because my husband would not like that :-)
But if I were single, depends what I was looking for. For casual dating, I would. If I wanted a serious relationship, I would not- I do not like children, and do not want any.

i have dated people wh kids and they both have given me 3 beautiful kids. it depends on if u like kids or want kids in your life

yes i did an married her, the children call me dad which i have earned for being there for them. give it a try you would be suprised.

to me, that's better. that way I can see clearly, if he's kind and caring with his children he would be the same with my child. and with me.
