definitely brooklyn!! there's always bashment going on in bk (flatbush, crown heights, etc).

I don't really understand that question.
But, most West Indians/Caribbean people live in the Flatbush (Crown Heights, too) area of Brooklyn. That's where the West Indian Day Parade takes place.. plus, there's also the parties as the person above wrote.

If you mean you don't want to live 'nowhere' near Jamaicans.. then, stick to Manhattan.
