how much will i pay and is it returnable once i decided not to continue my application? Can someone in dubai (a friend) process it for me. I just have to send her money for the processing? Is it possible? Or just a scam?

Please clarify your nationality and present country of residence. Travellers from most of the countries and residents of GCC countries (Gulf Cooperation Council) does not required a visit visa prior to departure for Dubai. They will get the entry visa from the airport upon arrival. Meantime you can contact the Emirates airline (Official carrier of the Dubai) office anywhere in the world, they will also assist you to furnish the formalities.

im in dubai, dubai has two types of visit visa one is company visit visa and another one is online visit visa ..i think u will get online visit visa very easily cost of online visit visa will be 1500 to 1700 Dhs ..better check with ur friend properly
