I've been cooking with brewers yeast in just about all of my meals for about a month now and I feel great. Has anyone had any good success with the continual use of brewers yeast? Thank you. I'll take any recipies too :-)

Brewers yeast has nothing to do with weight loss.
Brewers yeast is the same as nutritional yeast. When you use
it in cooking, you lose most of the nutrients because they
are killed at a very low temperature.

Your best bet is to eat healthy/cut the sugar/carbs/fats/
start walking. Brewers Yeast is a wonderful food, but best mixed with milk or sprinkled over morning cereal or evening
veggies. If it tastes strong--then it is old. Fresh tastes great.

It's going to depend on how you prepare the food in the first place and how you reheat it. Of the nutrition your food will lose, most of it will be lost the first time you cook it, so try to pick ways that don't leech out as much of the nutrients (e.g. steaming veggies instead of boiling them).

I doubt it as far as weight loss goes. Weight loss depends upon calorie intake. However, it is full of vitamin B and is good for you.
