The question is very vague; I think you should add some detail.
If you're talking about a product that is being shipped to you, and is taking a long time, I would say, "Have you received my package?" Or how about, "Has there been any change in the delivery status?"
Please, add some detail to your question so that everyone fully understands exactly what you are asking.

By the avatar I'm assuming you are male. If you have to ask a woman if its in yet, either you are very small or she is very big. I think I'd find a sex partner I'm compatible with.
