Your daughter needs to re-read the terms and conditions of her probation. It's a standard term of probation that the probationer is not allowed to have contact with anyone on probation or parole unless it is an immediate family member.
Another standard term is that the probationer is not allowed to consume alcohol or any controlled substance unless legally prescribed for them, not is the probationer to associate with anyone using alcohol or a controlled substance.
Does your daughter want to be revoked so that she can serve the rest of her term in jail? I hope her PO is doing urine screens every week on her.

Come here dear.................
closer.......closer.................
BAM BAM BAM
I just hit you in the head with the "No Way Jose" Hammer!
If you listened to your probation officer when they told you about the "rules" one of them I'm positive was that you not associate with anyone else on probation. Your not even allowed to live in a house with another probationer especially a felon!!!
If you want to keep your semi-cut wings and stay out of jail, you had better be very careful because whether it's supervised or not, if they catch you breaking the rules they will certainly give you a ticket back to "do not pass go and collect $200" JAIL.
................think about it..................seriously!

No, that would be considered a violation of your probation and can put both of you right back into the jail.

Sure you can if you want to go back to jail. If you don't want to go back then the answer would be no you can not hang out together.
