A mama mole, a papa mole, and a baby mole all live in a little mole
hole.
One day the papa mole sticks his head out of the hole, sniffs the
air and says,"Yum! I smell maple syrup!"
The mama mole sticks her head out of the hole, sniffs the air

The baby mole tries to stick his head out of the hole

Wowser! I haven't heard this joke since I was 5 years old and my father told it (I am now lots older than 5)... He also told about the two little skunk babies In and Out. When Out was In, In was Out. One day mama skunk was looking for In. She looked all over the house. She looked outside. She couldn't find In. She finally asked Out if he had seen In. Out hadn't, but said he would look for In. Eventually, Out came home and said Here is In. Mama said ... that's wonderful dear ... How did you find him?
