i know this girl that i think is really hot. i am 14 and she is also around 14 and we r in the same grade and school. i dont have her in any classes but i sometimes see her in the hallways and sometimes after school, when im going to see one of my friends about going to the weight room shes with her friends n i pass by her. im shy and scared to talk to her and i dont think she knows who i am. i no who some of her friends r but i am too scared to talk to girls because i am shy.so plz give me adivece on to talk to her, get to know her, and ask her out. please help!!

Since you have someone in mind it will be easier for you to approach. But do it on a one-to-one basis, not around her friends. Also, you have to have a few tricks up your sleeve. Here's what I mean: carry around a roll of candy in your pocket (not mints, she'll think she has bad breath!), approach the girl when she's alone. Here is the line: "Hi, you look like you could use one of these. If she takes the candy, say "I'm Bob, I gotta go, but will you be around here tomorrow?" If she doesn't take it, so what? Move down the line. You just need to be one-on-one with the girl because it's too hard trying to talk to her and have a bunch of people around. You could start saying "hi, Stacey" to someone every day and smiling. Every time you see her "Hi, Stacey". Eventually, she'll find out who you are and will be returning" Hi Bob". Then look for an opportunity to be alone with her. Ask her where she likes to have lunch: "ME TOO! How about we meet there this Saturday for lunch?" (you buy) It's only lunch. You'll be alone for a couple of hours and you'll know if she likes you enough to go on a real date. OK..I have a million of 'um, but that's enough for now. Oh...learn to dance! Honey, remember she is as scared as you. Be yourself. introduce yourself and start a conversation. i suggest you get to know her for a few days before you ask her out. spend some time to get to know her don't rush into it. when you see her at school make a point to talk to her, joke around, offer her your phone #.
compliment her on what shes wearing, or her hair.
you can talk about so many things that will tell you what type of person she is. Example what her fav colour is,or what type of shows she likes,this way you will see if you have any thing in comman, and if you really want to ask her out.

Maybe your not really ready. When your ready you'll know. Trust me. You wont even know how you asked her out when you do. Everything takes time.
