The big light round wrinkled one is definatly a walnut. The big half moon rough shelled black one is a brazil nut, The little one with a smooth shell, almost round and it looks like an acorn is a filbert, the smooth carmel colored oval is a pecan, the pale, dry, almost flat oval is an almond, and that is the most common mix. Here is a site with more nuts and their description.

Brazil nuts are shaped like an orange slice and are dark brown. Almonds are shaped like an almond, are light in color and have what looks like little pinholes in them. I think the ones that look like acorns may be filberts but I'm not sure.
