My favorite dog helps me live independently, listens to all of my secrets, lets me cry and always puts a smile on my face. What does your dog do that makes it so speicial?

They're my children. They keep me in shape, they keep me educated, give me something to do when I'm bored, they love me when I'm being a total b*tch, and they are huge stress relievers. They also make sure that I never have the problem of left over money after a visit to the vet or pet store. :)
Couldn't imagine life without 'em
Had to add....every once in a while when the weather is really crappy I don't feel like doing anything but crawling into bed and watching movies. My dogs are the only ones who will be lazy with me all day.

What a great question! Mine make me feel loved and it is always unconditional. They are always happy to see me and if I am sick they are comforting. I had a German Shepherd dog that actually wrapped her body around me once when I was really ill and I knew she could tell I was sick and was showing me she was watching out for me.
Also, my pups that I have now give me great joy just seeing how exited they get when they get treats and when they run and play and spin around. When I say certain buzz phrases like "Ice-Cream" (They are crazy about their "Frosty Paws") or "Dog Park" they are always so very happy and get all excited over lifes simple pleasures.

It's not the matter of what your dogs to "better" than anybody else's dogs, that would be an opinion, but what you think is special about your dog. My dogs are always happy to see me, are there for me when no one else is, comfort me, entertain me, and help me when I'm in need. People always say that dogs are just animals that don't know what your talking about, but it seems to me, they know your emotions, and sense your feelings. That's whats really special

Ali is the first & ONLY Norwich(so far) to earn the AWTA's Working *&* Hunting Certificates. Her littermate was BOS at the national. A repeat breeding finished in ONE wk-end w/3 5pt majors.
Tyke & Tiger were the first bitc-h & dog to earn AKC edog titles-in one wk-end. Tiger produced MANY Champions. Tyke also earned a Ch.& a CG & TT.
Cubby took BOB ,over adults,at 6 mons & ten days at his first show for a 5pt. & was BOW at the national to finish w/another 5 pts.
The list goes on....
Then there are the days when ANYBODY could back a truck into the drive & load up *EVERY* blankety beast!!!! LOL!

When I take his huge self to the dog park I always get to bask in his reflected glory. I have a Irish wolf hound that is almost 150 lbs.

He's my buddy. Goes everywhere with me. Faithful, listens, trys to understand and trys to communicate. Loyal, protective, makes me laugh, gets me to play when I'm down, knows when I'm not feeling well, and can tell when I'm about to go. Crys when I leave him, when I have no choice, but waits faithfully. He's my best friend. Mdog is special to me, just as your is special to you, because your dog loves you and my dog loves me. And we love them. :)

my dog lucky puts a smile on my face and helps me find things(its mostly because of his nose). he does a whole bunch of stuff that ill never forget
