I'm studying abroad, and I think I've fallen in love with a great guy. However, we've never openly discussed our relationship -- it just went from platonic friends to flirting to kisses to making out. I feel really strongly for him -- I think he may be my first love -- but I don't know for sure how he feels. I really need to know, but I don't know how to ask him without jeopardizing the friendship; he is my closest friend here, and without him my last month here would be absolutely miserable.

I personally think I would be willing to enter a long-distance relationship with him, since getting to and from our respective countries is super easy and inexpensive, but I don't know how he would feel about this.

Please, anyone with any advice on how to bring this up and bring some closure to this relationship would be appreciated! I need specifics, like exact ways to ask -- I'm TERRIBLE with these things.

Thank you!

A friend of mine's daughter just moved to Ireland to see if her relationship would go anywhere. She loves him, but doesn't know if marriage is in the cards, so she went to give the relationship more time. Talk to him, tell him how you feel and see if he would be willing to see where this relationship will go. good luck.
