Does win XP come with a remote TCP/IP administrator? if so where do I find it?? if not where do I find one net

Remote desktop is what you need and is built into windows. You WILL have to open up a connection through your firewall, as well as IP address translation if the one that you control is DHCP assigned from a router - otherwise there is no way to reach it.

Start --> All programs --> Accs --> Communications --> Remote Desktop. I forget what port it uses, though.
