I'm assuming you are talking about a kiss between couples and not between....say a mother tucking her small child into bed, or aunt Birtha giving the baby a kiss before she leaves. That of course, is just a little kiss that does not cause a person to close their eyes. As for a kiss shared by a couple, you don't HAVE to, but it seems to be a natural response. First of all, it is rather hard to look into someone's eyes up that close and then when something feels really good it is also a natural response to close your eyes and take in the feeling. When you block off one or more of your 5 senses, the other ones will intesify, so by closing your eyes, it intesifies the feeling of touch, making the kiss more passionate.

You don't close your eye , just because you know it that way.
when you really love someone , the eyes just close automatically while kissing , that's because your mind want to cherish that moment and relive in those thoughts for ever.

You don't "need" to but most people, self included, get a more complete feeling when you close your eyes.

if you like the kiss, you usually close ur eyes automatically to take in the moment...

No you don't always have to. you could look into the other person eyes an acctually feel the love in it between you all

at first i did. But when you open your eyes you see more into that person. You may see sincerity or just a person who wants sex.

i usually close them, unless it's really intense then i look them in the eyes
