Wrap the steak in foil and place it in the top of a double-boiler (if you have one), fill the bottom pot with 2 cups of water.

Once the water comes to a boil, allow the steam to reheat the wrapped steak for 5-10 minutes (depending on the size of the steak). Remove the steak from the foil afterwards and prepare to serve.

I love blue cheese, so this is my favorite way. I slice all the leftover steak into thin (1/8 to 1/4 inch) slices. I lay it out on a plate in sort of a fan shape. I put blue cheese all over the top and then microwave it for about 1 minute (until the blue cheese melts) The melted cheese keeps the meat moist, and I think that beef and blue cheese go together wonderfully.

Put the steak on a plate. Cover the steak with a paper towel, and nuke it at about 50-75% power for about 2 mins at a time. Rotate half way through. Check to see it's not over cooked.

Do not microwave it - it will be way overcooked. I'd heat up a pan pretty good, then throw the steak on - just for a little bit - flip half way through... longer you leave it on there - the more it will cook, though.

Don't. Chop it up and have it in a cold salad with blue cheese dressing and some boiled eggs.

Simmer it in a little broth (or Worcestershire, soy sauce) - to add moisture and flavor while it's heating up.
