im 23. in college.
so i told the girl that i like her. she already knows i do. her answer to me was that she isnt looking for anyone now since shes taking 6 classes, and works 3 to 4 days a week. but we still hang out and see each other alot in school. i mostly see her in the computer lab. we went to a lecture togethere, ate together once, went for coffee once. twice, i went with her to the library looking for cds to rent. she also went with me to this thanksgiving dinner thing in school.we've also talked on the phone a few times. so i like her alot. but i dont know where this is going. is there hope? should i just stick to being plain old friends? i like talking to her and being around, its just weird with her knowing how i feel about her, but i dont know or well cant read how she feels about me. like i said, she said she isnt looking for anyone. and she said she wouldnt be a good girl to be with since she is busy.

If she is letting you hang around her that much, there is hope. Be patient, and try asking her out after the semester is over.

There is always hope. Right now she obviously values you as a friend and nothing else. I have had relationships like this and have had my "friend feelings" turn into more. No one can predict it really. Just continue to be a good friend to her and hope for the best. Keep your options open though. Don't wait on her forever! Good luck!

If you like her that much you have two choices. First, stick it out and be friends with her and if it turns out she's not interested then you at least have a friend. If she is then great eventually you'll have a great relationship. Second, stop talking to her. If your only interested in a relationship and she's not interested then it's time for you to look for someone who has time for you.

this situation has happened to me many times. all you gotta do is get your foot in the door. by that just be her friend learn about her take time to spend with her. and when the time is right pop the question. because since you already got your foot in the door it will be easy to show her how you feel. hope this helps. Yeah well she sees you as a friend and only as a friend if she was interested in you no matter how busy she is she would be with you in a heart beat !!
