how would you react to them being asymmetrical down there? like one side longer than the other?

It would be silly for you to over react or shy away because of it. remember the human body is not symetrical. Hey there is not a perfect penis either it points up, down, left, right, always a ball that sits higher, is smaller.
Just gently move it over so that you can do your thing.
