Actually, you need only lose about 10 pounds.

Cut out junk food and sodas

Uncrease raw vegetables and water.

Exercise at least 30 minutes a day five days a week.

Cut caloric intake by 500 calories a day

You don't give your age but I would say don't be too obsessed with it. At 134 you aren't fat by any means. You may appear to have a little meat on the bones but there's nothing wrong with where you are at. If you want to lose a few pounds just eat healthy and cut down on fat. No way should you lose anywhere near 30 pounds. Don't let the pictures in the magazines get to you. I assure you that you are fine.

I honestly think that people focus too much on weight. There are too many factors that are involved ( especially with women) to say that someone who is a certain height should be a certain weight. I say concentrate more on being fit and healthy. Exercise at least 30 minutes a day and eat right. Never skip breakfast! Stay away from foods that contain trans fatty acids, high quantities of sugar or sodium. Also work to balance out your carbs and proteins and drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Most people think that juices and sodas qualify, but they don't. Good luck! :)

14 is too young to start at diet because you are still growing and maturing. 134 is a good weight for you at this point. I would just maintain your weight and maybe exercise 4 days a week for 30 minutes a day.. You'll prolly tone up...not lose weight and that's a good thing.

I will share my recent experience. I had an initial weight loss of 2kg through appetite suppresants called Duromine prescribed by the doctor. Doc said to take one each day for a month. But I only took it on weekends over 3 weekends. I stopped as its not healthy, makes me hyper and very alert, cant sleep well. Then I got onto aa gym membership to help with weight maintenance - go 2-3x a week. Best is to visit a doctor to ask for advise on your ideal weight and whether appetite suppresant drugs is suitable as pp with heart problem etc cant take it.
