I used to smoke weed, and then one day someone laced it with something and I thought I was having a heart attack. Every time I tried to smoke after that I'd start shaking and feel really awful. I finally decided to knock it off and grow up. Weed is not for everyone. Sure it can be fun as hell, I won't lie, but sometimes it just isn't what it used to be. Maybe you should just stop. Start drinking.. lol

Pot is the most common cause of mental illness in the western world. What you are feeling is a mental illness beginning to develop due to the changes in your brain chemistry. This is extremely common.

It's not really possible to say what form it will take. Most common is depression. Anxiety disorders are next most common. In women, it's eating disorders that tend to dominate. However, it's often something serious.....psychotic disorders are common, at least in a community mental health setting.

Is it reversible? I've treated a great many people, alot of them with SERIOUS mental illness that had a great reduction of symptoms a few months after they stopped using drugs. However, the recovery was almost never complete. All of these people were advanced cases though.

If you stop using drugs now, there is a good chance at a full recovery. If not.....well, I'll probably be seeing you real soon, is the issue.

"Weed" contains a mood altering agent/drug call THC. Like any drug, you need more and more to get that "buzz". THC is known to cause feelings of paranoia. Also like any drug, the more frequently you take it and the more of it you use, the more immune to its effects your body becomes.
