if you have delete files from your recycle is there any way of getting them back?

you can do a system restore and that will take you back to a point before the delete.
press start

Yes there is, but you need to run a file recovery programme, and a lot depends on how long ago you actually deleted the files and if they have been re written over on your hard drive.

Easy recovery id the one I use.

Its so good that after a format due to problems with my pc, I ran the programme and found files I had deleted months previous. The larger your hard drive, the more chance you stand of getting the files back intact!

yeah, theres a software named "file recovering" or something like that and you can recover all the files that you already have delete it from the recycle.

I believe you can go back to restore, in the trash bin, also restore your computer to a date before you deleted your files.

You can have the files retrieved by certain PC repair places, but it's damn expensive...
