We both admitted to liking each other, but now whenever i try to talk to him, he's busy with fencing and when i talk to him in his spare time, he is kinda shy. He is really sweet, but i don't know if he's intrested still.

I would suggest being upfront with him. If he recently admitted that he liked you, I'm sure he still feels the same way. Suggest that you two get together outside of school (like going to a movie, or doing homework together). If he's shy, he's probably thinking the same thing you are - about the other person no longer being interested.
If you make a small gesture, I'm sure he'll take the hint and he'll act more into you instead of being reserved with his feelings.

From my attitude he sounds like a hypocrite being jealous of then you definitely doing the finished comparable. You sound like a outstanding individual yet i don't think of this guy is treating you precise like he could be. i'm hoping he texted you back, yet while not perhaps you 2 weren't precise for the different. besides wish issues prove ok interior the tip.

If your a good people reader, just talk to him and find out. If not, there's no harm in asking him. Not straight up, but in a conversation. Very suttle.

You see i had that problem.
He liked me last year.
Now i like him.
We both have veyr very flirty persontalys, when we DONT like each other but lately its been very akward and shy around each other,
