Dude if you two broke up because she blew off a date then there is a big problem. At this point unless you are seeing someone else go out with her.

I think you need to evaluate that some more... why would you want to go back out with a girl that blew you off... Do you really feel that low about yourself to fall for that... I think it's about the chase and not about you... think about it..
