Hi,
When my son turned 15, he looked like "Pizza Face" - no kidding, he had a LOT of pimples. I did some research and found that tea tree oil is supposed to help.
So I bought him some tea tree oil from a health food store.
He used it twice a day as follows:
1. He rubbed the oil all over his face, then rinsed it off
2. He put a couple of drops in his hand, mixed it with water and rubbed it in.
He didn't use soap to wash his face, only the oil.
Within 2 weeks, almost all the pimples were GONE. He kept using the oil to wash his face twice daily, and the rare occasion when a pimple would pop up, he would just put a drop of the oil on it until it disappeared.
He has not a single pimple scar on his face now, and he's 30 years old.
I hope this helps you, too.
If you have any irritation from the oil though, you should either dilute it with more water or discontinue using it altogether. This is NOT medical advice - just sharing something that worked for my son.

Mix up a bowl of oatmeal(no sugar or butter)and spread the oatmeal over the infected area before you go to sleep.wash it of in the morning.The oatmeal draws the infection out so your face may look worse at first but within a few days you will have experienced the miracle you have been looking for.CLEAR SKIN !!!!

Rubbing alcohol to dry them up. Squeezing and piercing is not recommended as poison may back up in your system instesd of coing out.

Use no substitute or off-brand: Get Pro-Active. It's expensive, but it really works. I have two children in their teens who swear by it. I have seen it sork in only a couple of days.
