I have several photo editors and my favorite is the one I got for free. It is Picasa from google. Get it here: http://picasa.google.com/

kodak easy share
just type in either one and the sites will come up:)

it's freeware

I am sure you can find the download for GIMP easy enough... It's legal and free.
