I prefer whole wheat bread and what type of filling depends on the day! I'm going to have a turkey sandwhich for dinner, I love tuna with miracle whip, I like sliced chicken from the deli with swiss cheese. If I go to Subway I like roast beef and provolone. And PB&J is always good.

So many sandwiches so little time.....one of the nicest sandwiches i ever had was bacon, avocado, tomato, lettuce and mayo on a Delicious nutty home made malty brown bread.
Apart from that you cant beat the humble toasted ham cheese tomato with mayo, it has to be white bread or egg and onion on white bread or hot sausages with tomato ketchup on white bread.........
I could go on for ever!

My favorite breads are a 7 grain or any Orowheat's wheat or healthy nut breads and of course sliced sour dough bread.
Turkey and avocado with Havarti or Tuna salad sandwhich. .

I like brown bread and my fav sandwich filling is turkey pastrami done in the Muffuleta style like New Orleans with green olive relish and Italian cheese. YUM
Tuna fish like my mom made with chopped apples and lemon juice - this is sooooo good. I know it seems strange but everyone raves about it

White bread is horrible for you. If you're talking about wheat bread (which is brown and much better for you!), then I like to have tuna fish and tomato with mayo spread on it. Delicioso!

Egg sandwich or Tuna/Salmon ( Same ingredients ):
-Egg prepared hard-cooked and then mashed/sliced or scrambled or Tuna from can in water or pouch ( salmon )
-Any cheese
-Mayonnaise
-Black pepper
-Lettuce
-Tomato
-Any bread ( Wheat, Whole Grain, White, etc. )
