no my sisters dog had puppies and the last one was the biggest

Nope. I've had many litters and the first has been the biggest only once.
Last time the runt was born first.

my chilchucha minnie had pups on 10/28/06 she had six this was her first set the runt was the fourth pup to be born he did not survive he live four days he was the smallest and had a clef lip the one we thought was the runt is the biggest one he is sooo fat and cute. so we are blessed with the five she has left
