That kind of depends. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it gives the wrong impression. If it's too awefully forward, I will lose interest, unless, of course, I knew who she was by that point and liked her. My girlfriend actually kind of made the first move with me on the night we met. However, that was just for a kiss after I walked her home from the party. I know I had made it obvious I was interested, especially since I walked her home, expecting nothing more. So, as long as it's obviously mutual, it's definitely a great thing.

guys will say that they love it when a girl makes the first move. but until the guys themselves "go" for the girl, they will never truly realize how much they like her or don't.
females aren't made to be chasers.. this is why men hunt. i'm not trying to be sexist or whatever, but i believe society is messing up gender roles. men fight dragons and rescue the girl, not the other way around. that longing comes from deep inside our hearts, but because society don't support this.. we forget who we are.

I think it's refreshing. There are a lot of insecure guys out there, and a Take Charge woman is a good thing. But moderation is key.
