Um, okay I would say to be patient, but if you don't like that then I would say put you and your guy in very romantic scenarios, such as cuddle up with him in the dark while watching a movie. Oh, by the way do alot of physical,gentle touching and look into his eye and smile when he is talking to you. If you make him feel that you are comfortable with him enough with these little hints then he is bound to figure it out, but also be patient, that perfect moment will come.

I know that some people will tell you to make the first move, and maybe that is the option you should take. I just know that when I was a freshman in High School, I would have never made the first move.
I think it's all about setting the mood. Invite him over to your house, or go to a romantic movie, and sit cuddled up next to each other. When you are talking have your heads be very near to one another and look into his eyes. That way a kiss would be a natural thing, not something that is forced and awkward.
Another option would be to, when he's hugging you goodnight don't turn your body so your head goes next to his. Leave your body straight on so that as he pulls you closer for the hug, your faces get closer to one another. That way he'll either have to kiss you, or have an awkward hug.
Another option would be to talk to him, but do it in a sensitive way. Maybe tell him something like "You might not be ready for this, but in case there is some hesitation because you think I'm not ready or I don't want to, I just want to let you know that I am ready and I want to kiss you." Most likely he is afraid that you won't want to, so saying something like that would ease his fears. He could be afraid because he's never kissed anyone before and is afraid he'll do it wrong.
A final suggestion would be to, next time you are greeting him or saying goodbye, to kiss him on the cheek. That is something that is totally a girl thing to do, and isn't really making the first move. This way he'll know that you want to kiss him, because you did kiss him on the cheek. And he'll start thinking about ways to give you a kiss on the lips.

it seems like hes just nervous, when me and my boyfriend started dating, he wouldnt kiss me for 2 monthes.tell him you want him to kiss you. guys dont get hints if he doesnt kiss you after that You should kiss him, when you see him. go up to him and be like hey and give him a kiss, , or things get weird.

what my ex used to do for me when she wanted a kiss was she would just looka t me and pucker up. she would just sit and wait for me to figure it out and look all "cute" with the sad eyes or she would do the same but have a sexy look on her face. and if i was being thick headed and didnt get the hint she just strait up attakced me so i understood what she wanted. some guys like that so try those. you will get your kiss.

take him on a date, and after the dinner, while he's walking home with u, say that u really enjoyed the trip, and look into his eyes when he says that, so before u know it, he'll be kissing u.

It will happen in time naturally. Just let it happen. If you ask him that will blow the mood. Nothing is better than the anticipation of a first ANYTHING with someone you care about. Take your time. Heck, honey, you have lots of time.

Typically the guy makes the first move to kiss...but if he hasn't, and you want to, then it's fine for you to make the move...go for it...

i was in the same situation and you know what...all i did was take his chin during a movie and moved toward me and i gave him the best kiss.
