For example, If I click breakfast list, they show me food list and mention 1 cup, or 1 slice. It means that I can eat ONLY this portion, right?

I can help you with this as I am following the core plan with weight watchers.
You can eat as much as you want of the portion, until you are satisfied. That's the key to core. Eat when you are hungry, and stop when you are satisfied--not full, and definitely not stuffed!
You don't have to measure your portions with core as long as you are eating only core foods, but I like to measure sometimes just to keep myself in check.
If you have any other questions about the plan, feel free to email me.
