the only moves the military pays for are pcs permanent change of station. and they will move you back to your hometown after you finish your time. they dont pay when you decide to leave the service member. thats on you to foot the bill not them. the service member isnt moving so they dont care

No. The military doesn't even recognize "legal seperation". You are either single, married, divorced, or widowed...not seperated. So until that divorce is final, you are still technically married.
And for the military to move you back home, the military member would have to get out of service or PCS there.

the protection stress isn't curious about this. it really is an situation for Civil Courts to tackle. maximum states assume that the husband is the daddy of any baby born in marriage, till shown in the different case. He desires to tutor or disprove paternity first. If he signs and indicators a start certificate he's saying he's the daddy. purely attorneys are going to grant you good suggestion and solutions, it is going to also count on the State of position of abode.

Go to Legal on base and ask....I have a family friend that divorced her husband and her divorce papers stipulate that she still retains her miltitary benefits as if she was still a dependant. (so she can go to the commissary, a military hosp, etc....) You never know until you ask someone who actually knows the regs.
