No, a full size is about one and a third of a twin. Two twins is a king size bed.

Its a king size. A normal king sized box spring will fit 2 twin beds. Some king sized boxsprings are just two twin boxsprings instead of one big one. I know mine is. Although a california king is a little bigger, but not by much.
