should i take him back?

I was told that my ex wants to get back toghether with me. I broke up with him because he was steling , smoking pot , and drinking alot of alcohol. I talked to his grandmother last night and she told me that he really loves me and tha i was hisFIRSTreal g/f. thing is chad told me that he had gone out with other gurls who broke his heart. i really luv him and dont want to end up hurt . what should i do ??? just be friends or take him back

Well you need to talk to him,
tell him you can get back to together if he stops all the things he was doing before but that you wont get back with him until he has proven to you that he has stoped!.
If he loves you enough he will stop, and yes this will take time but at least then you no if he loves you, and you no that he has stoped all the things you didn't like before.
If he doesn't stop then I'm sorry but he doesn't love you as much as he says he does, && You can do better than this!

Just be friends, would be the best thing. I mean if he does all those things; the problems are most likely yours then they are his. He can be a passive guy and you will always be worrying about him. I think that you deserve someone much better than him. Someone who will take care of you and treat you right. Your ex might just be smoking it or be out with his friends all the time; what good of a relationship is that? Look for someone better, because you deserve it! GOOD LUCK!

i think you should get back together since you really like him. if he say yes you guys should problem lay down the law. they are no smoking pot, less drinking and no more stealing. or at lease tell him to stop stealing and lest drinking and try to quit smoking pot. pot is very bad tell what pot could do to you other wise if i luv him that much i would get back together

Love is weird sometimes. You know that he have alcohol and other problems. Your big est love can't change that. So my advice would be if you think you can deal with his problems go ah ed. But trust me you won't have time for your own then.

Probably you feel bad cuz you lost him in a way. don't let that feeling make you to make a bad decision.

Well to be honest with you i think you should start with being friends.
then go from there. He does seem to do a lot of drinking and he smokes pot.I would want him to minimise that before i got into a proper relationship.
