I've been reading that the best time to burn fat is right after I wakeup and before eating my first meal. After all those hours fasting, the fat-to-carb burn ratio is higher as glycogen stores are more depleted, and the body has less carbs to burn overall. I usually get a sore stomach feeling after around 30min, and I think it's just stomach acid trying to digest something that isn't there. I don't want to get an ulcer or anything, so I've been feeling self-conscious.

Would it be alright to eat or drink some zero-carb/zero-fat casein protein powder to keep my stomach busy while I burn fat?...or would this mess up the process.

What i have heard could be a resonable solution that can be done 30 minutes to an hour before heading out would be to take whey protien since casein digests very slowly as well as taking some bcaa's in conjunction to further boost the anabolic state in burning more fat, or even just bcaa's stand alone. One of their pro figure competitors was on that regiement of bcaa's Gina Allotti.

at the starting up, that's completely high quality to lift weights and do cardio in an afternoon. yet i'd recommend having a minimum of an 8 hour hollow in between to refuel your body, fantastically once you're going to workout intensely for both. For fat loss you do not favor carbs. Protein, fantastically Whey, is especially recommended after routines yet no longer previously. in case you do pick to devour, you may have somewhat of carbs like finished grains then wait an hour or 2 previously you workout.
