Um. Ok. Imagine sex is a subject in school. If you study it, you will know more. If you practice it, you will know even more. It works just like English, Math, and everything else. The more you do something, learn about it, think about it, etc., the smarter you will be about IT. NOT about everything.
As far as enhancing the smart genes you were given by heredity - theres nothing you can do. Some stupid people do get by as being "average" though, because they work so hard.
Smart people are just stupid people who don't have to try as hard. Sex can't change that.

That is unlikely unless they were grounded more often and had to stay home and study. Sex doesnt make anyone smarter! That almost sounds like a line a guy would use to get you in the sack!

IT DIDNT MAKE THEM SMARTER FOR ANYTHING IT MADE THEM DUMBER THAN THEY ALREADY ARE....... THEY JUST DONT HAVE AS MUCH STRESS ON THE TOP OF THEIR HEADS SO THEY CONCOTRATE MORE. It can relieve a lot of stress: (that distracts the brain from what your trying to focus on). And also help you read other people that aren't good actors!! So yes I believe it does make you smarter in alot of ways!!
