Okay, so I met this guy online and we talked via email for about three weeks then he suggested we meet up in person. We did for coffee -- that went well and he asked if I had somewhere to be. I said "no, I'm fine if you are" to which he replied "okay, well let's get something to eat". We grabbed a quick wrap and ended up sitting on a bench and talking for about two hours. During this time he got a bunch of calls which he finally answered and said "Okay, I'm there". About a half hour later he abruptly got up and said he had to catch a train so we walked back to the station and in one fell swoop he gave me a big hug and kiss on the cheek and said "Get home safely, I'll speak to you soon". The next day I sent a short email just saying Thank you, great to meet you, we should do it again sometime. He wrote back the same day but with a "Have a great day, I'll talk to you soon". He still hasn't called me and I'm so confused, did he like me or should I just forget about it?

When you talk with someone on line...you create some kind of your own reality for someone else...meeting with him ( even though according to my opinion you should wait longer to meet him ) , was nothing wrong.
After that you did go out. And you have nothing to lose. You met him, you liked him in a way. But those phone calls, where a little weird don't you think... if it wasn't something to hide, he would told you who was it, and why he had to leave right after the phone calls.
Probably he have already a girlff or maybe he is married. Probably not, but you'll just have to find out.

p.s since he didn't told you that he had a great time, and that he was excited probably he is with someone.

Don't bother to much. After all you don't know him so well and it isgood to notice sincethe begining what kind of person he is, not to get hurt.

good luck.

Forget about him, he probably has a wife or a girlfriend. Who do you think was on the phone calling him back to back. Certainly, not his mother. And this is a very dangerous practice meeting people on line, be very careful with this. God bless****

If he was answering a cell phone instead of talkin wit ya while you was sittin there, then say bye. Find somebody who will listen to ya and values you.

Let it go...I've had similar treatment from guys a number of times and it was always a 'brush off'...if he contacts you, then go from there...but don't expect it or even hope for it...just go about your business...

You did enjoy his company and it sounds as if he enjoyed yours too. He may have business to take care of.
and he may have someone else too.
If he doesn't contact you soon. forget him.
