I have the same problem. My daughter(2 1/2, as well) can spot Dora things a mile away. There must be a spirit on that or something. Be careful....Dora is everywhere.

My niece is obsessed w/Dora (and now Diego as well). She has Dora EVERYTHING. Dora potty seat, Dora plates/bowls/sippy cups, talking dolls, books, coloring books, back pack, etc. etc.
She's also 2 & 1/2 years.

whilst my oldest son became around that age, he became precisely the comparable way with flow Diego flow. Our households have been given him various Diego stuff, and we embellished his room with Diego. some months later, he needed no longer something to do with the instruct or any of the toys! So, i might say just to be risk-free, do no longer flow spending too plenty on each and all the stuff. cautioned television time for a toddler is 30 minutes an afternoon, this is what i attempt to stick to, yet some days (no longer very many times) my teenagers watch as much as a pair hours of television in view that I surely have 3 teenagers a while 3 and below and whilst i could desire to get some issues accomplished around the homestead, if i will get them to sit down down and watch something, it purely makes the day flow somewhat smoother. I consistently make particular they're watching something this is a minimum of quite academic nonetheless. Little Einsteins, Diego, Thomas and buddies, Barney, and Bob the Builder are the shows that I many times positioned on for them. Oh, Sesame street is a good determination too.

Oh my God yes. My oldest loves Dora. Her room is in Dora, she has numerous outfits with Dora on them, not to mention the movies...lol. What makes it twice as bad is that her little sister is obsessed with the Backyardigans, especially Pablo. Oh well...lol
